Because of our small size and unique strategic positioning, we can be very selective in our hiring. Instead of employing armies of consultants, our professional staff is composed of a small number of highly talented Analysts and Associates who bring a rich combination of analytic and business skills and experience to the table. Their academic backgrounds range from undergraduate degrees in economics and engineering to MBAs in strategy and finance to Ph.D.s in physical chemistry and history. Their work experience spans the consulting, banking, consumer products, government and academic sectors. To maintain our unique competitive position, we push to realize the full capacities of each individual consultant and develop their careers. A number of Associates, Managers and Vice Presidents began their consulting careers as Analysts.
