Dean and Company is dedicated to helping corporate clients and strategic investors create value. We focus specifically on the "strategic problem solving" segment of the management consulting industry. We work on problems that typically are complex and multidisciplinary and that require unique capabilities to address. Within this segment, clients choose consultants most frequently on the basis of personal experience or recommendation.

We work with clients ranging from large corporations to technology start-ups and private equity firms. The nature of the problems we address are commonly driven by significant change in the client's competitive or industry environment. To address these issues, Dean & Company consultants gather and synthesize relevant data, develop and evaluate the trade-offs between options, and translate them in to a set of client action plans.
