Many Dean & Company consultants have leveraged their experience at Dean to move on to other rewarding careers. While some have left Dean & Company to join venture capital firms, Internet start-ups, and other business ventures, others have pursued careers with not-for-profits and in public service; many have enrolled in business schools and other graduate programs.

Dean & Company consultants have had considerable success in gaining admission to top business school programs; all Dean consultants who have applied to date have been admitted to at least one of the top ten business schools in the country. Of those who have left for business school, over three-quarters have attended Harvard, Stanford or Sloan/MIT. Dean & Company offers a tuition-support program to consultants who have demonstrated both the ability to perform effectively at the Associate level and the longer term potential to move into more senior roles, and who make a commitment to return to Dean & Company following completion of the business school degree program.

At Dean & Company, we continue to maintain contact with our alumni and encourage them to visit the office when they are in the area. We periodically update and distribute to alumni an alumni directory as a way of keeping in touch and encourage all alumni to keep us up to date on their career developments.
