Our general approach to on-campus recruiting activities at business schools, graduate programs and undergraduate institutions is similar: during the fall we make on-campus presentations at a small group of schools, and attend school-sponsored career fairs. The presentations provide an overview of our firm and its activities, and both the presentations and career fairs give students an opportunity to meet members of the firm and to learn more about us. We conduct interviews over the course of the fall and winter, generally on campus, and on a schedule consistent with the various Placement Office guidelines. Our non-bureaucratic culture enables us to make decisions on job offers more quickly than most other firms, allowing candidates to know where they stand without extensive delays.
In addition to our on-campus recruiting, we also hire directly from other top business, Ph.D., and undergraduate programs through correspondence opportunities and maintain a continuous effort aimed at locating qualified individuals already in the work force.
