The summer intern position is a 10-week program designed to give interns the same experience they would have as analysts. The program is open to students between their junior and senior year of college.

Kelly Sparks '06

Kelly Sparks joined Dean & Company as an analyst in August 2006 after graduating from UVA with a BS in Commerce.   Kelly’s work experience has primarily included analysis for a Fortune 300 packaging company and a variety of issues related to life sciences.  Most recently, Kelly has evaluated merger and acquisition opportunities for a pharmaceutical client and developed intellectual capital on the evolution of personalized medicine and its applications in drug development. 

Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys running near the monuments and experimenting with cuisines in the kitchen.  She looks forward to spending a summer working with more of her fellow Hoos!
